The duties and responsibilities of an Auditor in Singapore
The auditor is required to express an opinion on whether the accounting records of the Company are in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore and whether the legal and other regulatory records are kept in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act 1967.
